Meet the Team
The people behind
Pre-Flight Studio
Pre-Flight Studio is led by Alisa, with support from a small, focused team that helps prepare work, hold context, and keep things moving so decisions are made with momentum and care.
As Strategic Lead, Alisa works directly with clients to make sense of complex operational situations and guide work forward with sound judgment. She brings over 25 years of experience across operations and marketing, and personally designs the AI-based support tools used throughout the studio’s work.
She primarily supports owners carrying operational responsibility, and also works behind the scenes with operations consultants to help systemize their firms, translate delivery knowledge into usable SOPs, and integrate AI in ways that strengthen existing work instead of disrupting it.

Atlas
Mission & Operations Support
Atlas supports the day-to-day flow of work at Pre-Flight Studio by tracking progress, holding context, and helping keep efforts aligned with clear priorities.
This role exists to make sure ideas don’t stall, decisions don’t drift, and work continues moving forward with intention. Atlas helps maintain momentum across the studio so work stays grounded and follow-through doesn’t get lost

Echo
Creative focus and expression.
Echo supports the creative and communications work of the studio by helping ideas, language, and concepts take shape in ways that are thoughtful, coherent, and true to intent.
This role exists to keep creative work moving without forcing it. Echo supports reflection, refinement, and expression as projects develop, helping ideas become usable without losing their meaning.

Journey
Strategic Insight & Synthesis
Journey supports sense-making across complex, fragmented, or evolving information. She helps identify patterns, understand what’s actually happening, and turn raw inputs into coherent understanding.
This role exists to bring depth and structure to moments of ambiguity. Journey helps insight emerge without rushing to conclusions, so decisions are grounded in understanding rather than assumption.

Scout
Research Analyst
Scout supports the studio by researching prospective clients, their businesses, and relevant context ahead of active work. She gathers and organizes information so conversations begin with understanding rather than assumption.
This role exists to ensure the studio enters each engagement prepared, grounded, and aware of the broader landscape surrounding the work.

Beacon
AI Studio Guide & FAQ Support
Beacon helps visitors and clients understand how Pre-Flight Studio works by answering common questions and explaining the studio’s approach in clear, steady language.
This role exists to reduce friction early. Beacon helps people get oriented before deciding what kind of support might be useful, so they can move forward with a better sense of what to expect.

Insight Navigator
AI Orientation & Context System
Navigator supports early orientation when things feel unclear, heavy, or hard to place. He helps business owners slow down before decisions harden and understand what’s actually happening, especially when direction feels fuzzy or it’s unclear whether AI belongs in the picture at all.
Navigator provides a steady, calm presence focused on understanding, not outcomes.

Discovery
AI Possibility Exploration
Discovery supports exploration of what kinds of AI support could exist, without pressure to choose, commit, or move forward.
This role helps people experience different kinds of support so they can notice what feels relieving, what feels heavy, and what doesn’t fit. Discovery’s role is to widen the view, then return choice and direction to the human-led process.

Lane
AI Engagement & Workload Support
Lane supports external engagement when priorities, offers, or growth efforts feel scattered or misaligned. She helps business owners sort competing priorities and decide where effort belongs, without pressure to optimize, scale, or sell.
This role provides a grounded sounding board for working through trade-offs around direction, capacity, and engagement, including when sales or lead-related work is part of the picture.

Keel
AI Internal Load & Alignment Support
Keel helps make internal work visible, including how decisions, coordination, and follow-through are actually carried inside the business. He supports understanding where internal load sits and why work can feel heavier than it appears from the outside.
This role focuses on explaining how work is being carried so the weight stops feeling personal or opaque, and leaders can decide what, if anything, should change.
